So is Manorama just below the picture, but could not resist adding another 4km while reporting. While the cost of the water produced at 3-4 Paise/L is acceptable Rs 5/L is highly unrealistic. Why worry about drawing water from 500m deep while surface water is available? answer: the deep cold water is used for condensing the water vapour generated from the warm water (presently surface water and the plan is to use water from thermal power plant)
